I don’t think this is even half of my receipts over the last three years. Hoping my next home doesn’t have a gigantic jungle of a yard and the house doesn’t need a lot... a LOT... of TLC.

Oh! I’ll do mine tomorrow. First home and a fixer upper (glutton for punishment). I have a cabinet in my kitchen dedicated to receipts. Why a cabinet in my kitchen I’m not sure but it sort of happened naturally.

I’m going to be selling my house this summer. You interested? Pros: 2+ car garage with 12 ft. ceiling, 4 bed/2.5 bath 1900 sq ft on half an acre asking $250k. Cons: It is absolutely nowhere near Washington.

On the plus side I’ve finished my list of DIY projects and haven’t been to Home depot or Lowe’s in over a month.
On the minus side all the projects I want or need to do are now $5k minimum from professionals...
